Every man’s journey is different, but there are a few common complications and solutions to be aware of.
Urinary incontinence: Men may experience a leakage of urine following surgery. This usually tapers off within a few weeks to months. If it persists beyond six months, additional treatment is available.
Erectile dysfunction (ED): Some men may not regain erectile function for a few months up to a year. If this persists beyond six months, you should contact your physician for treatment options.
Penile rehab: This can help with ED and urinary incontinence after surgery. Your physician will discuss rehab options to get more oxygen to the penis, keep blood vessels healthy, and keep muscles healthy.
