Billing Support and Online Payment Options

Pay your AHN bill using our online payment portal or your MyChart account. You can use your credit or debit card to pay your bill through either of these secure options. For questions about your AHN bill, call Billing Support at 1-833-684-0239.

Digital payments at facilities

AHN prefers digital payment methods for in-person medical services. AHN accepts all major credit and debit cards, including those attached to health savings and flexible spending accounts. Areas that don't provide medical care may still accept cash. Exceptions will be made for patients who do not have a credit or debit card, and AHN will not turn away patients at the point of care.

AHN online payment portal

Paying your bill online is safe, simple, and secure. Visit the secure AHN payment portal, enter your information, and pay your bill.

To pay your bill online, you'll need the 12-digit Bill ID found at the top of your invoice and the patient’s date of birth. If you’re paying an invoice for health care services you received, enter your own date of birth. If you’re paying an invoice for health care services received by someone else, enter their birth date.

AHN Neighborhood Hospital

AHN Neighborhood Hospitals have their own online payment portal. The payment process is secure and easy to use.

AHN Billing Statement Changes Coming May 1, 2026

Here's what's happening:

  • See Your Balance in Real-Time: When you pay your bills or get patient discounts, you'll see your balance change right away.
  • Payment Plans: AHN is updating its payment system to enhance your payment experience. All existing payment plan terms will be added to the new system on May 1. Starting May 1, please re-enter your payment information in MyChart by selecting 'Billing' from the main menu, then choosing 'Sign up for automatic payments’, and ‘review payment method’. If you use autopay, ensure you update your payment information before your next scheduled payment date to avoid interruptions. If you are on a bi-monthly payment plan, it will change to a monthly plan. Your  total monthly payment amount will remain the same, and you’ll be able to select a different payment date if needed.
  • Paperless Billing: By default, we'll sign you up for paperless billing. If you still want paper statements, you can change it in MyChart.
  • Pre-Service Payment Plans: If your visit includes an estimate, you will be eligible to enroll in a payment plan prior to your service.
  • Financial Assistance: You may apply for financial assistance and upload related documents directly to MyChart.
  • HSA/FSA cards: Your HSA and FSA cards can be saved as a payment method within MyChart and used to pay bills.
  • Two-way SMS: With a saved payment method and enrollment in SMS messaging, you will have the ability to pay bills via messages without the need to access your MyChart account.
