Hospice Donations

Oftentimes, people call or write us asking how they can make a donation to Celtic Hospice in memory of or in honor of a relative, friend or loved one.

If this is something you would like to do, you can mail a check made out to “Healthcare at Home” to:

If you put the Hospice patient’s name in the Memo section, we will be sure to acknowledge your donation in that person’s memory.
