To find out if you qualify for financial assistance, you need to:
We’ll review your application as soon as possible. If we need more information, we’ll send you a letter. If you do not provide AHN with additional information within 30 days, your application will be denied. AHN will notify you, or your guarantor or representative, of the decision in writing.
