Application Information

All applications are handled through the Electronic Residency Application Service® (ERAS®).

Once the application through ERAS is completed, our physicians review the applications to determine which applicants are offered interviews.  Interviews will be held on January 3-4, 2025. 

The application to the Orthopaedic Surgery Residency Program includes the following:

  • Completed ERAS application
  • Personal statement
  • Transcript from your medical school
  • Dean's letter
  • Three letters of recommendation
  • USMLE Board score
