At the Center for Inclusion Health, our programs aim to remove barriers that sometimes prevent some people from seeking the care they need.
Through our Center for Inclusion Health, we aim to provide outstanding health care to everyone by focusing on three key areas:
We’ve developed programs such as our healthy food center to address issues like mental health, food insecurity and housing challenges, which interfere with some people’s access to health care.
We educate our providers about complex cultural and health needs affecting people facing barriers to accessing high-quality care, helping them receive coordinated and compassionate care.
We aim to improve patients’ health while decreasing costs. We regularly evaluate program efficacy, ensuring we can continue our efforts to care for those who need it most.
If you or someone you love is a victim of physical or verbal abuse, we can help. Through our partnership with Women's Center & Shelter of Greater Pittsburgh and Alle-Kiski Area HOPE Center, we connect victims of intimate partner violence to the counseling and resources they need.
Our programs address the obstacles that make it hard for people to access care, helping to improve people’s health while reducing costs.
