A stipend is provided for the ASHP membership and Midyear Clinical Meeting registration. Appropriate reimbursement for travel expenditures, hotel accommodations (double occupancy), and meals at professional meetings (ASHP Midyear Clinical Meeting, Resident Research Conference) are provided.
PGY1 and PGY2 residents are required to work two holidays per year. The holiday schedule will be distributed during orientation.
PGY1 Pharmacy Ambulatory Setting and PGY2 Ambulatory Care Pharmacy residents are required to work two non-recognized hospital holidays per year (e.g., day after Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve).
Each resident is provided 13 paid days off during the residency (includes vacation, personal, sick, and interview days). Days away from the hospital related to the residency (i.e., ASHP Midyear Meeting and Resident Research Conference), as approved by the director, do not count toward this time. Days off should be scheduled in advance when possible. Paid days off must be scheduled to be used by June 1.
