Christopher C. Clark, DO, MHA, was appointed president of AHN Grove City Hospital in 2023, and has been president of AHN Saint Vincent Hospital since June 2017. Born at Saint Vincent and a lifelong resident of the Erie community, Dr. Clark is a practicing family physician who has served in a number of leadership roles at the hospital over many years, including Senior Vice President of Medical Affairs, Chief Quality Officer, and Director of Medical Education.
Dr. Clark has also worked as a medical director for Highmark Inc., responsible for promoting value-based strategies and population health interventions to employers.
Active in many community and professional organizations, Dr. Clark has served on the Board of Directors for Penn State Behrend, Erie Catholic Preparatory School, the United Way, VNA of Erie County, and the Erie Downtown Development Corporation, and the Erie Regional Chamber and Growth Partnership.
Dr. Clark has also been active in fundraising for the Children’s Miracle Network, the Sisters of St. Joseph Neighborhood Network, the March of Dimes, and the American Heart Association. He is past President and board member for the Erie County Medical Society, and is a member of the Hospital Association of Pennsylvania, American Academy of Family Physicians, American College of Healthcare Executives and Pennsylvania Medical Society.
He earned his undergraduate degree from Boston College, a medical degree from the Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine and completed his residency at Geisinger Medical Center in Danville, Pa. Dr. Clark also received a master of health administration degree from the Pennsylvania State University and a graduate certificate in gerontology from Gannon University.
Dr. Hribar is an orthopaedic surgeon with special expertise in total joint replacement surgery for hips and knees. He is skilled and experienced in performing total hip arthroplasty, total knee arthroplasty, shoulder arthroscopy, and general fracture care. He received his medical degree from Temple University in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, and completed his orthopaedic residency at the University of Pittsburgh Medical Center — Hamot, in Erie, Pennsylvania.
Dr. Hribar takes the time to listen to his patients, answer questions, and solve their problems. He works with athletes of all ages, covering sports medicine for local high school and college teams. He is a member of the American Academy of Orthopaedic Surgeons and certified by the American Board of Orthopaedic Surgeons. He also supports the work of the McGuire Foundation.
Joshua Miller is the Director of Finance for Allegheny Health Network’s Grove City Hospital. As the finance director, Mr. Miller is responsible for overseeing and sustaining the financial performance of AHN Grove City, as well as budget planning, business forecasting, and funding for capital investments.
Mr. Miller joined AHN Grove City in 2022 and has over 13 years of progressive financial leadership experience, primarily within the health care industry. Prior to joining AHN, Mr. Miller served as Chief Financial Officer for Willamette Valley Medical Center in western Oregon, a hospital owned by LifePoint Health headquartered in Brentwood, Tenn.
Previous to LifePoint Health, Mr. Miller also served as Chief Financial Officer for Linton Hospital, a community and critical access hospital outside of Bismarck, North Dakota.
Mr. Miller earned a Bachelor of Science degree in accounting from Penn State Behrend and his Master of Healthcare Administration degree from Louisiana State University Shreveport.
Adam Critchlow is the director of operations for Allegheny Health Network’s Grove City Hospital.
Mr. Critchlow establishes strategic priorities and leads business operations for the facility. He works with the hospital’s administrative and clinical leadership teams and network executives to strengthen the hospital’s operations and provide oversight of the hospital's capital infrastructure.
Mr. Critchlow joined AHN in November 2020. Before coming to Grove City, he served in leadership and supervisory positions at University Hospitals in Cleveland, Ohio and at the VA Pittsburgh Healthcare System.
Mr. Critchlow earned his Bachelor of Science degree in finance from Slippery Rock University and a Master of Health Administration degree from the University of Pittsburgh. He also received his Lean Black Belt certification through Purdue University.
Charmaine Rohan is the associate CNO for both Grove City and Saint Vincent Hospital. As the Associate Chief Nursing officer, she is responsible for the clinical operational oversight of both facilities as well as maintaining an active role in the operations of Cardiac Services at Saint Vincent Hospital.
Ms. Rohan joined Grove City in November of 2023 and Saint Vincent Hospital in 1986 and has over 20 years of progressive nursing leadership and has served as a leader in many areas. In addition to her leadership role, Ms. Rohan serves as adjunct faculty for Gannon University.
Ms. Rohan earned a Master’s in Health Care Systems, Nursing leadership track from Regis University in Denver Colorado in 2018.
