Cancer Survivorship Program

While you battled cancer, you had a clear path ahead — a detailed treatment plan, regular doctor’s visits, and frequent tests. And you had a nurse navigator with you every step of the way.

With AHN Cancer Institute, you’re never alone.

Now as your cancer treatments come to an end, we offer the same kind of one-on-one support for cancer survivors, whether you’re in remission or living with cancer.

Personal support for a better future

The Cancer Survivorship program at AHN Cancer Institute has a specially trained survivorship team to help guide you through your life after treatments. They’ll focus on your ongoing recovery — your physical health and emotional well-being. Plus, they have the answers and reassurance you’ll need as you see your doctors less frequently and face uncertainties about the long-term physical and emotional toll of your cancer treatments.

Our survivorship team works with you either in person or by video visit to:

  • Answer your questions about recovery and monitor you for any recurrence.
  • Coordinate your ongoing care with all of your doctors.
  •  Help you through any long-term side effects from your treatments with oncology rehabilitation and refer you for any specialty care you may need.
  • Offer wellness and nutritional resources to help you to live a healthier lifestyle.
  • Provide financial counseling resources.
  • Connect you and your loved ones with cancer support services.

Continue your care as a cancer survivor
