Request Sponsorship

As an enterprise, we are committed to giving back and investing in the communities we serve. Our corporate sponsorship and grant programs benefit hundreds of organizations that help create healthier communities and ultimately, healthier people.

Highmark Inc., Allegheny Health Network, and Highmark Foundation are using a web-based application process for all grant and sponsorship requests.

The new web-based application will be required for consideration of all sponsorship requests. Consideration of applications will continue to be based on how the program or service relates to our mission and grant criteria.
